Our President, Joel Strickland, has been remodeling since 2000. He has a love for creating and working with wood. In 2005 Joel recognized there was a need in Waco for this type of custom work, so he started Steadfast. The business was launched full time in January of 2016.

We are so thankful for our partner, Mark Zylberfuden. He has brought so much expertise to this company. Not only are we thankful to have him as our Accounting Manager, we are advanced by his skills on the field. He has an eye for detail and enjoys painting!
Over the years, Steadfast has employed a variety of professionals dedicated to making each project a pleasant experience. This staff include skilled handymen, missionaries on furlough, project coordinators, installation and remodeling teams. We also have an excellent administrative team that works behind the scenes to make your project run efficiently.
